There are so many places to go, things to see, and people to meet that we can sometimes feel as overwhelmed and scattered as the Mad Hatter!

This is the down side of all the choices we have available at this stage of life.

And it is often fueled by the fear that if not now, when? Maybe we will never have another chance to do, see, be,THIS. There is some truth to that. Our choices are wide and our time, resources and energy are limited. Sigh….

One of the main purposes of  our book is to help us make conscious choices so we are truly maximizing our joy and improving the quality of our experiences. I have found that making choices based on Suzanne’s trio of sensations – does it make me feel focused, energized, happy – often helps the right decision float to the top of my scattered mind.
